High-strength marine collagen beauty formulaDirections + Warnings Adult Dosage:
Using the enclosed scoop, mix two level scoops (10.5 g) of powder in a cup with 250 mL of room temperature water, juice or smoothie, and stir thoroughly until fully dissolved. Consume once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directedby a healthcare professional. Once dissolved, consume immediately. Some settling of the powder may occur after mixing.
Warnings:Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women.

The recommended duration of use for this medicine must be limited to 3 months.
Biotin should be withheld for at least three days prior to any blood test.Advise your healthcare professional if you are taking biotin before a blood test.
